When you send an enquiry
We collect the name, telephone number, email address and message you choose to provide, together with the project selected and basic campaign information attached to the visit. We use it to respond, manage follow-up and understand which promotions produce genuine enquiries.
Anonymous website reporting
Our application counts page views, brochure clicks, contact actions and short-lived browser sessions. It records the page, website domain, referring website and campaign tags. The application does not deliberately store your raw IP address, browser fingerprint, name, phone number or email in anonymous visit reporting. A one-way security code that changes every hour may be derived from the request address solely to limit automated abuse.
Storage and access
Valid enquiries are kept in a private owner register and may also be delivered through our email provider. Access to the register is restricted to the authorised owner account. Hosting and delivery providers may process limited technical data to operate and secure these services.
Your choice
You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information associated with you. Your browser keeps a random visit code only for the current session; the private reporting register uses it only to avoid counting each page as a separate visit and is not designed to identify you across sessions.
